Summary
General Statement of Duties:
The Diagnostic Student Technologist performs or assists with responsibilities involved in a variety of technical procedures for the application of prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis and therapy. This position will function under the supervision of a Registered Diagnostic Technologist.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a formal Radiologic Technology training program in a school approved by the Council of Education of the American Medical Association. BLS certification. Must obtain ARRT registry within 12 months of graduation to advance to Registered Technologist or remain employed
