Summary
General Statement of Duties:
This position is responsible for all activities involving the donor database for Johnston Health Foundation including but not limited to processing of donations, gift acknowledgments, support, maintenance, improvement and overall management of the database, donation reporting and data analytics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree required. At least two (2) years of related experience in business analysis and data gathering. Database and prospect management skills and experience working on customer relationship management (CRM) software applications or is preferred. A demonstrated proficiency in the use of new software and online tools. Internet savvy, and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Possesses a valid North Carolina Driver’s License. Understanding of and commitment to the role and mission of Johnston Health and the Johnston Health Foundation. Bilingual would be an asset.
