Summary
To maintain the hospital building by performing routine manual task by performing a variety of maintenance jobs, which will keep the building in a safe, attractive and efficient condition. General knowledge of carpentry and how to use shop tools is a must. Some lawn care duties are required with this position. Be physically fit to help move furniture and other supplies as needed. Perform preventive maintenance on fire extinguishers, exit lights, call systems and other equipment. This will require lots of walking. Be able to help other mechanics.
Applicant must have a High school or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance or related field
