Summary
Perform a variety of nonprofessional nursing duties in the direct care of patients under the direct supervision of an RN/LPN. Perform tasks within the scope of a nursing care assistant I and II as defined by the NC Board of Nursing.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a Level 1 and Level II - Nurse Aide education programs approved by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Listed as a NA I with the Division of Facility Services with no substantiated findings of abuse, fraud, neglect or misappropriation of property. Listed as NA II with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. BCLS certification must be maintained.
