Summary
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The Patient Access Training Specialist (PATS) is responsible for coordinating training specific to the job responsibilities of Patient Access staff. The PATS will develop and maintain written procedures, incorporating changes resulting from insurance company and regulatory requirements, customer service needs, compliance and employee feedback.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent required. Minimum of two (2) years experience in patient registration and patient collections required. Meditech or Epic system knowledge preferred. Bi-lingual language is a "plus."
