Summary
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Responsible for processing and maintaining all financials related to the Home Care and Hospice Department. Participates and assist with a variety of financial functions as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a two year college program in Business Administration or Accounting, or equivalent experience (at least two years). Possesses good organizational skills, has working knowledge of computers, data bases, and word processing, as well as strong knowledge of medical terminology. Experience in Home Care and Hospice billing and reimbursement or Medicare/Medicaid field of reimbursement desired. Accounts receivable management experience preferred. Possesses effective communication skills, assertiveness, effective interaction with peers and upper management, strong problem-solving skill, manage highly detailed issues, and effectively analyze and interpret reports.
