Medical Technologist/FT/Weekend Alternative/Nights - Up to $5000 Incentive

Summary

Weekend Alternative Schedule 

Compensation:

·         Employee receives one and one-half times their base rate for hours worked on the weekend shifts

·         Employee receives the standard shift differential in addition to their 1 ½ base hourly rate

·         Employee receives normal customary rate of pay for any weekend/weeknight shifts in excess of their 3 weekend shifts

Schedule:

·         3 12 hour weekend shifts required: Friday, Sat and Sun

·         For this program only, Weekend begins Friday morning at 7am and ends Monday morning at 7am

·         Employee must follow their departments Holiday rotation for all Johnston Health recognized holidays (Holiday Pay will be paid based on your Base Salary, not the WAS rate)

·         No more than 3 weekends of planned PDO for vacation is allowed

To perform analytical tests utilizing automated and/or manual methodology in all areas of the clinical laboratory. To perform all necessary quality control procedures, preventative maintenance on assigned instrumentation.

Must be Registered Medical Technologist M.T.  (ASCP) M.T. (AMT) or HEW Certified. Must meet CLIA 88 requirements for both moderate and high complexity testing.
